Dairy Procurement
Our dairy products are procured on a farm located in the Natal Midlands. Our cows are grass-fed and their diet is supplemented with grains, pulses and vegetable proteins.
Our cows have no added hormones and antibiotics in their diet so as to keep our dairy as natural as possible.
we pride ourselves in our ability to provide dairy that is FREE-FROM artificial rBST hormone that is used to improve yield but at the cost of the quality of the dairy.
Butter Production -
Technology & Process
SA Rebuilders uses a traditional method of making butter. The butter is derived from cream.
Our process includes an innovative churning process with cooling system which allows phase inversion of the crystallized cream to butter granules and buttermilk.
Our butter made with cream from grass-fed cows. The butter is preservative, antibiotic and hormone free.
